This Privacy Policy outlines how NomadUnion ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services. We collect only the data necessary to fulfil reservations and provide our services. This may include:

  • Contact information (email, phone number)

  • Passport number

  • Booking details

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. NomadUnion does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. Please refer to the Stripe Privacy Policy for more information.
 

3. AI-Assisted Administration

We use Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic, to support internal administrative tasks such as managing bookings, sending invoices, and processing guest communications. To perform these tasks, Claude may access data stored in our Wix platform (including booking and contact information) and our Stripe account (including payment and invoice records).

This access is limited to what is necessary for the specific administrative task being performed. Data processed through Claude is subject to Anthropic's privacy and data handling policies. Please refer to the Anthropic Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Anthropic may process conversation data in accordance with their own data retention policies.
 

4. Website Platform

Our website is built and hosted on Wix. Wix processes certain technical and usage data as part of operating the website. Please refer to the Wix Privacy Policy for details.
 

5. Messenger Tools

For group chats and community communication, we use messenger tools such as WhatsApp. Data processing within these tools is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Please refer to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for details.
 

6. Google Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics and cookies to improve user experience and analyse website traffic. These tools help us understand how visitors interact with our site. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies and the data collected by Google Analytics.
 

7. Marketing Use of Community Chat Pictures

When you join NomadUnion, pictures taken and shared in our community chats may be used for marketing purposes on social media or our website. If you do not want a specific picture to be used as marketing material, you can request its removal at any time by contacting us at info@nomadunion.digital. Pictures used in marketing material will be processed in accordance with the relevant social network providers' data policies.
 

8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

Your personal data may be shared with the following third-party service providers, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver our services:

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Wix — website platform and booking management

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-assisted administration

  • WhatsApp — community communication

No data is shared with any other third party not involved in fulfilling your booking or supporting your participation in the NomadUnion community.
