Schedule Overview

🗓 Day 0 (Friday, Dec 5): Arrival & Welcome
Check in, get settled, meet the group, and set goals for your project.

🌞 Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): Explore & Inspire
High-level intro to AI tools and trends, idea sharing, and relaxed exploration of the Côte d’Azur — think coastal walks, local markets, and village visits.

💻 Build Week (Monday to Friday): Hands-on Creation

• Mornings: Focused build sessions — work on your prototype or automation

• Afternoons: Optional tool workshops and peer support

• Evenings: Mastermind sessions — one participant presents a business challenge, and the group brainstorms practical AI solutions

🎉 Final Day (Saturday, Dec 13): Demo & Wrap-Up
Showcase what you built, share takeaways, and celebrate with the group.
