Coliving Rooms & Rates
We provide a total of 6 different Rooms and a separate 2-room apartment. They are named after nearby Cities (all rooms in the same Villa).
All Rooms are private and have an ergonomic workspace.
Some of them have a private bathroom, some a semi-private bathroom (only 2 rooms share the bathroom but you have your private sink) and others have a shared bathroom.
Utilities, Cleaning Service, Towels, Linens, Tea, Coffee and Essentials are always included.
We have a minimum stay of usually 1 month.
That's why our Master Rates are based on 30+ nights. But we believe that longer Stays are necessary to build meaningful connections and also there is so much to discover on the French Riviera.
That's why we offer a 15% discount on 60+ Nights and 20% discount on 80+ Nights.
However, if you want to stay shorter, please reach out.
We will check other availabilities, gap bookings or split stays for you.
For a second person we only charge an addition of 5€ per night. Ask us in the Intro Call
